Hi, I’m coach Kelsey.

I have always enjoyed helping others. Growing up, I was given a strong work ethic and always stayed busy helping others, playing sports, and working. What I’ve come to realize is that I was too busy to live each day fully present and enjoy the beauty of the world.

My Journey

The past few years, I’ve had the courage to make a difference in my own life by finding coaches who help me connect my body and mind to feel, live present, and decrease stress and anxiety. Learning how to sit in silence, breathe and move my body slowly was extremely challenging at first. Now, it’s what I live for. Learning how to be mindful takes consistent practice, time and commitment. If I had learned these techniques at a younger age, my life would have been more rewarding in all aspects of my life.

This is why I chose to open Sea Life Ripple to make an impact on others’ lives sooner by healing your challenges to reach your goals as well as by healing past and future generations.

Coaching a swim team, pursuing early childhood education, and receiving my health and wellness coaching certification has given me the tools to touch each person on an individual and group level.

I start right where you are. We will work together to make your goals and dreams come true. My strengths are teaching you to slow down your body and mind to notice each and every breath and movement. Once you are able to notice and feel, we will speed it up to enhance performance.

Each stage of my life, I’ve always gone above and beyond to help others and I look forward to working with you!

Sea Life Ripple

The name for my business came to me while I was meditating in Nicaragua, in a pool, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. My mentor has always told me you are surfing the waves everyday whether they are calm or rough. It's how you respond to each wave that makes the difference. Each wave has a ripple. As we learn to surf the waters of life, as we grow and change, we create a ripples that impact those around us. The more we work on ourselves the more we can make a difference in the world.

Start today and connect your body and mind to make the changes you have always wanted to see in your life to heal yourself as well as past and future generations. Putting yourself first and creating positive changes will ripple outward.

“The inner journey is not the most important journey, it’s the only journey”.

What my clients are saying…

  • Smiling from Ear to Ear

“I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Kelsey. My 6 year old daughter left every lesson smiling from ear to ear. Kelsey was patient and provided plenty of encouragement to help my daughter move beyond her comfort zone. Not only did my daughter learn to safely swim and float, but in just a couple weeks she was confidently swimming various strokes and swimming to the bottom of the pool. Thank you, Kelsey!”

    ~ Emma C.

  • Swimming without Fear

“Before my daughter started going to see Kelsey she had never really been in water before and by the end of the summer she was swimming on her own without fear! Kelsey was so sweet and patient! ”

    ~ Katie C.

  • Passion for Teaching and Coaching

“Kelsey is a superb swim instructor. She has a passion for teaching and coaching children and youth of all ages. We have had the pleasure of having Kelsey coach our two boys for many years now. The skills and improvements they have made are remarkable. I highly recommend Kelsey. ”

    ~ Leila S.

  • Encouraging Spirit

“Our daughter loves Miss Kelsey. Her encouraging spirit and love for children is genuine. As parents, we have always been pleased and trust that our daughter is learning from one of the best!”

    ~ Josh & Cortney S.

  • Developed a Love for the Water

“Kelsey was such a great swim instructor for our toddler son. She was flexible with scheduling to accommodate our busy work schedules, and always showed up with a smile on her face! She was able to provide my son with great foundational swimming skills, and helped him develop a love for the water. Thank you Kelsey!”

    ~ Katie B.

  • Transitions

“Our 6-year-old graduated from swim lessons and showed interest in joining the swim team. However, she has anxiety with change and new large groups. Kelsey worked one on one in the pool with our daughter while the swim team practiced to help her acclimate to being in a busy pool environment. Kelsey's attention to a swimmer's personal situation goes above and beyond. Although, she isn't quite comfortable with joining yet, her confidence is growing. Through her conversations and work with Kelsey we're happy with the giant steps forward.”
