What my clients are saying…

  • Ignited a Spark

“Coach Kelsey has played a crucial role to my son, finding his passion and love for swimming again. During the peak of the pandemic when everything was shut down, my son really struggled with finding motivation and desire for competitive swimming. Kelsey was able to ignite that spark immediately, teaching him mental awareness and swimming techniques that he can use for a lifetime. We are both so thankful for coach Kelsey, he is completing personal goals and smiling the most on deck, then I have seen in a long time."

  • Value without Judgement

“I have always been nervous to talk through my thoughts on health in general. From the beginning of our coaching sessions, Kelsey made me feel valued with no judgments about anything I shared. We worked through some negative mindset thoughts about food, exercise and mental discouragements. Throughout my time working with Kelsey, I never felt like a step backwards was a failure but an area to continue growing. During my coaching sessions, I felt like I had an accountability partner who was not going to judge me, but instead continue walking with me to the right choices in order to meet both mental and physical goals. Kelsey helped pull out a positive mindset that I knew was deep inside, but just needed the chance to grow. Thank you Kelsey!!”

  • Helped Connect Mind and Body

“Our younger daughter started taking lessons from Kelsey at 2 years old. With Kelsey’s guidance, she too quickly found her love for the water. Before her 3rd birthday, she was actually swimming freestyle unassisted for a few feet at a time across the pool. She was also jumping off the diving board, floating on her back for a few seconds at a time, and able to climb out of the water at the wall without help. At age 9 now, she has progressed along the same path as her sister with learning to swim all 4 strokes legally and building her endurance to swim competitively. Kelsey has also helped her connect her mind and body where she places her mind on a particular body part to perfect. It’s amazing to see how her stroke changes when she focuses on a particular body part. Kelsey’s positive encouragement and engaging instruction helped her to learn without frustration or fear. She truly enjoys swimming alongside of her other activities and is still quite excited to learn more from Coach Kelsey whenever she can!

  • Form a Plan to Reach Goals

“Kelsey was a dream to work with as a Health Coach. She really listened and worked with me the way I needed to be worked with. The meetings were centered around my needs and I learned a lot about myself. Kelsey had plenty of knowledge to help me form a plan that made sense for me and what I requested to work on. The goals she helped me create meant a lot to me because I was able to accomplish what I desired. When I was not able to complete a goal for the week we discussed why that happened and what we could do the following week to continue moving forward! I am so thankful that I had the help and care from Kelsey! “

  • Overcame Fears

“Kelsey not only is an amazing swim instructor, but she is able to help her swim students overcome fears by utilizing mindfulness and meditation techniques. My 5 year old is terrified of all water; pool, bath, beach and any water in his face. Kelsey could have easily given up on him with his swim lessons, but instead she met him where he was. Kelsey set up meetings outside of the pool to play and connect with him. Kelsey also set up breathing and meditating lessons for the beginning of the swim lessons to help keep my son calm. We were able to have successful swim lessons all summer and my son gain some confidence in his fear of the water. We highly recommend Kelsey and her services! ”

  • Guide and Mentor

“I appreciate the experience I have had with Kelsey as my Health Coach. She has helped me to learn more about myself, figure out how to set appropriate goals, and plan out the best way to achieve those goals. Kelsey has been a wonderful guide and mentor who really wants others to improve their lives and to have all the best things life has to offer. I can tell that she really cares that I succeed in becoming healthier, and that has truly enriched my health coaching experience.”

  • Body Awareness

“Kelsey's emphasis of mindfulness has been truly beneficial to our 8-year-old during swim meets. She's learned to calm her mind and focus on the race through simple technics Kelsey uses. Her stroke improvement over the last year can be greatly contributed to Kelsey's emphasis on body awareness in the water. Kelsey's enthusiasm to help her swimmers enjoy the sport competitively and recreationally is a breath of fresh air as a parent and why I'd highly recommend Sea Life Ripple.”

  • Immediate Change

“Kelsey is confident, positive, and passionate coach who is so easy to talk and knows how to engage her clients. I had three main goals when I started working with Kelsey, creating a healthier mental space and not thinking about things that were out of my control, confidence, and creating a healthier routine. In the time that I worked with Kelsey she was able to find ways and provide tips/directions for me to successfully complete my goals. She was very organized and kept track of my progress, obstacles and/or challenges that would get in my way. She was always prompt for our sessions and always made me felt heard and acknowledged.

At the end of our sessions I was able to make some small but mighty tweaks to my daily routine and way of thinking using Kelsey’s suggestions and guidance and immediately saw changes. She is a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her.”
